GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) — An Indiana man is suing his parents for getting rid of his vast pornography collection, which he estimates is worth $29,000.

The 40-year-old man last week filed a lawsuit in federal court in Michigan, where he moved in with his parents in 2016 following a divorce.

The article goes on to state the following:

He says that when he moved out 10 months later, they delivered his things to his new home in Muncie, Indiana, but that his 12 boxes of pornographic films and magazines were missing. His parents admit they dumped the porn, which included titles such as “Frisky Business” and “Big Bad Grannys.”

They did him a favor, sounds like he has an addiction. Now he can get professional help for it. It’s like quitting cold turkey, he should thank his parents not sue them.

You may think he is perverted but he is an adult that spent thousands on his porn collection. His parents had no right to dispose of his legal belongings. This is not illegal contraband! His collection is legal and thus constitutes thievery of his personal belongings!
I’m sure the court will side with him and award him damages! His parents had no right to impose their morals on an adult male just because they disapproved!

Possession is the law. He left it there when he moved. They can do with what they will. What kinda of grown Nan spends that much money on porn. No wonder he is divorced. Definitely has a mental addiction and needs help.

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Their house their house rules: Did the son request permission to keep his filthy materials in THEIR home? If the contents were so valuable he could have rented a storage locker. Good on the parents. Misjudgement on somebody’s part.
