Fox News host Sean Hannity is defending Chris Cuomo after a video surfaced showing the CNN host threatening to “f—ing throw” someone down the stairs for calling him “Fredo,” a fictional character from “The Godfather.”

“I say good for @ChrisCuomo,” Hannity wrote on Twitter late Monday. “He’s out with his 9 year old daughter,  and his wife, and this guy is being a jackass in front of his family. Imho Chris Cuomo has zero to apologize for. He deserves the apology.”

The article goes on to state the following:

The video shows Cuomo repeatedly cursing at a man who appeared to mock him by calling him “Fredo.” It is unclear when and where the exchange took place.

“Punk a– b—-es from the right call me Fredo,” Cuomo says to a man standing beside him. “My name is Chris Cuomo. I’m an anchor on CNN. Fredo is from ‘The Godfather.’ He was a weak brother and they use it as an Italian aspersion.”

Cuomo claimed the term “Fredo” is comparable to the N-word, and took offense to it.

I may have been on Cuomo’s side, but he lost my support when he was cursing and being just as disrespectful in front of his family.

If he were a MAN hanniety… he would have walked away. See his 9 yr old would have no idea what that term would have meant unless he said otherwise.
It takes a better person to
Just walk away( BTW I am Italian was called all
    Kinda of names growing up…
My father taught me to walk away)

Cuomo’s a douche bag!!! If he’d been a real man and kept walking, his wife and kid wouldn’t have even known what was going on but instead he has to make a public spectacle of himself and act like a middle schooler!! Typical cnn employee!! As for Hannity defending him… WTF!!! 🙄

Hannity is wrong. This is the guy who said it was alright for a nine yr old girl to be in a men’s locker room with mens dingolings flopping around. He’s a piece of shit. Ok he was with his family he has to expect that he’s a TV idiot. a All the guy did was call him FREDO, well he has that coming for all the bullshit he’s put out. I would’ve wuped his ass if he came at me like that. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Cuomo over reacted, it is he who created a scene in front of his daughter and his wife. Fredo is not the equivelant of the ‘N’ word, but the ‘F’ word and the threats of violence is much more offensive. BTW, what does it mean when you are an Anchor at the lowest watched network? Boats have anchors and they don’t make a big deal about it.

Maybe it wasn’t the greatest idea to loose it in front of your family but we are all human and can have an off day. Cuomo shouldn’t have the pressurr on him be perfect all the time. I have lost my cool in front of my kids a few times with bullies who continued to harass and bully my kids. Is it the perfect way to behave…probably not. But when you are pushed we all have our limits and loose our cool. To say you don’t or ne er have is laughable and a lie. Reading when Cuomo said to the guy he mentioned the right are always calling him Fredo ( a way of saying weak or stupid). I guess this guy calling him that was an enough is enough reaction. The idiot bothering him with his family on an outing is pathetic and immature. A grown man harassing a family on an outing ? Not acceptable ! The threatning to throw him down stairs although it seems a bit much the guy provoked it by saying ” what are you going to do about it ?”
Frankly that can make a person feel cornered and as if there is not much they can do but take it. The person harrassing him knows this too so he was deliberately trying to provoke a fight with Cuomo. Usually when people say what are you going to do about it they are expecting to fight. Cuomo acted like most of us in that situation is you are honest enough to admit it and not trying to play the I’m perfect card ! By the way..Don Jr. really isn’t too bright ! Thats fact. If a person tries to live decently and respectfully 95 % of their life caring about others and speaking up for others we shouldn’t trash them because they messed up the other 5 % ! Only those who are parrots for Trump and repeat the fake news crap have issues with Cuomo being human and messing up..at least he gives a sincere apology unlike Trump !
Even good people mess up !
