Today is May 21, and the stories below are catching headlines.

1-Doctors raise alarm about health effects of continued coronavirus shutdown in letter to Trump
Fox News reports: In a letter to President Trump, more than 600 doctors called Tuesday for an end to the “national shutdown” aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus, calling the widespread state orders keeping businesses closed and kids home from school a “mass casualty incident” with “exponentially growing health consequences.”

The letter outlines a variety of repercussions the doctors have observed resulting from the coronavirus shutdowns, including patients missing routine checkups that could detect things like heart problems or cancer, increases in substance and alcohol abuse, and increases in financial instability that could lead to “[p]overty and financial uncertainty,” which “is closely linked to poor health.”

DML – I have been saying this since the first day, what took them so long to write the letter and even better, why hasn’t Trump had one of these doctors on the podium instead of that rat chasing lab freak Fauci.

2-WHO recommends hydroxychloroquine only be used in controlled trials
The Hill reports: A top World Health Organization (WHO) official said Wednesday that it remains unclear whether hydroxychloroquine, which President Trump has said he is taking, is effective in treating or preventing the novel coronavirus and stressed that the anti-malaria drug should only be administered in clinical trials.

“Every sovereign nation, particularly those with effective regulatory authorities, is in a position to advise its own citizens regarding the use of any drug,” Dr. Michael Ryan said Wednesday, just days after Trump said that he was taking hydroxychloroquine prophylactically, according to The Associated Press.

“I would point out however that at this stage (neither) hydroxychloroquine nor chloroquine have been as yet found to be effective in the treatment of COVID-19 or in the prophylaxis against coming down with the disease,” he added.

DML – So our president has the best doctors in the world, but the lab monsters from the WHO, which is led by a lab rat chaser from Etheopia, sends warning.  I can’t stop laughing when imagining Trump reading the recommendation.  The face he must have made.

3-U.S. unemployment claims approach 40 million.

About 2.4 million Americans filed initial unemployment benefit claims last week, the Labor Department said Thursday, as the health and economic crisis sparked by the coronavirus ruptures a growing number of industries.

In just nine weeks, 38.6 million have sought jobless benefits that represent the nation’s most reliable gauge of layoffs.

The U.S. Labor Department announced Thursday morning: “Unemployment Insurance Weekly Claims. Initial claims were 2,438,000 for the week ending 5/16 (-249,000).
Insured unemployment was 25,073,000 for the week ending 5/9 (+2,525,000).”

DML – Open the f*cking country!

4-GOP lawmakers urge Trump to temporarily suspend guest worker programs
Fox News reports: GOP members of the House of Representatives lead by House Freedom Caucus Chairman Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., have asked President Trump to halt new guest worker visas temporarily as the nation starts to reopen and recover from the coronavirus pandemic.

“My colleagues and I urge President Trump to suspend granting new guest worker visas for at least one year so that Americans are not forced to compete with foreign labor as our nation recovers,” Biggs told Fox News.

In a letter to the president, conservative House members reportedly applauded measures that the president took last month when he signed an executive order limiting immigration into the U.S. for 60 days but asked that he expand the restrictions to cover temporary workers.

“As we respond to the COVID-19 outbreak, it is important that we continue to look out for their economic welfare,” Biggs said Wednesday night. “More than 36 million Americans have filed for unemployment and, even as states and counties begin to reopen, jobs are scarce.”

DML – I’ve been calling for this for 12 years, and no doubt Trump’s heard this cry before… if he really cares about workers, and really wants to make America great again, and isn’t playing back room games with donors, then he agrees to this request.

5-Columbia model depicts anti-Trump rhetoric
If the United States had begun imposing social-distancing measures one week earlier in March, about 36,000 fewer people would have died in the pandemic, according to new estimates from Columbia University disease modelers.

The NY TIMES writes: And if the country had begun locking down cities and limiting social contact on March 1, two weeks earlier than when most people started staying home, a vast majority of the nation’s deaths — about 83 percent — would have been avoided, the researchers estimated.

DML – B*llshit.  These models are for idiots.  I’m still stuck on the last model that said 2 million people will die!  Here’s the truth… you need a huge immune system that can protect you from this sort of virus.  Everything else is speculation and modeling.  So you can either sore with the eagles, or shit with the pigeons.  Be an eagle, get DML CBD POWER!  At   ALTHOUGH KNOW THIS BEFORE YOU GO.  Later today, I will be making a HUGE announcement about DML CBD and a new program that will save you TONS of money on your favorite products.  The announcement will be at 8:30pm ET on Facebook LIVE.
