BREAKING: Head of Burisma Holdings Indicted; New Links to Obama, Hunter Biden Revealed
The head of Burisma Holdings, Nikolai Zlochevsky, was reportedly indicted in Ukraine this week, and Ukrainian members of parliament are demanding that President Donald J. Trump and president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, investigate.
The indictment claims that $7.4 billion was laundered by the “family” of ex-President Viktor Yanukovych through American investment fund Franklin Templeton Investments.
They also allege that the investment fund has ties to the U.S. Democratic Party, according to Ukraine news agency Interfax.
Another revelation from the indictment is that former Vice President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and Hunter’s partners, were paid $16.5 million for ‘services,’ according to Ukrainian MP Alexander Dubinsky.
Dubinsky explained some of the findings from the investigation into Zlochevsky and Burisma during a Wednesday press conference (see video below).
During a press conference, MP Andriy Derkach announced:
“The son of Templeton’s founder, John Templeton Jr., was one of President Obama’s major campaign donors. Another fund-related character is Thomas Donilon. Managing Director of BlackRock Investment Institute, shareholder Franklin Templeton Investments, which has the largest share in the fund. It is noteworthy that he previously was Obama’s national security advisor.”
“The son of Vice-President Joe Biden was receiving payment for his services, with money raised through criminal means and money laundering. Biden received money that did not come from the company’s successful operation but rather from money stolen from citizens.”
Derkach urged Trump and Zelinsky to work together to establish the facts of the allegations of corruption and money laundering.
“President Zelensky must pick up the phone, dial Trump, ask for help and cooperation in the fight against corruption and fly to Washington,” Derkach said. “The issue of combating international corruption in Ukraine with the participation of citizens, businessmen, and U.S. officials should become a key during the meeting of the two presidents.”
Prosecutor General Ruslan Ryaboshapka, who took office in late August, had launched an audit of criminal cases to ensure they had been properly conducted.
“Thirteen of them relate to Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky, Ryaboshapka told reporters at a briefing on Wednesday,” according to Reuters. “Ryaboshapka said Zlochevsky was now suspected of the ‘theft of government funds on an especially large scale,’ but did not provide evidence or details.”
Zero Hedge reports that Hunter Biden’s Burisma income is a “link that reveals how money is siphoned [from Ukraine],” in a money laundering scheme of Zlochevsky’s which included politicians from the Yanukovich administration and that of his successor, President Pyotr Poroshenko.
Zero Hedge reports:
According to Dubinsky, Hunter Biden’s income from Burisma is a “link that reveals how money is siphoned [from Ukraine],” and how Biden is just one link in the chain of Zlochevsky’s money laundering operation which included politicians from the previous Yanukovich administration who continued their schemes under his successor, President Pyotr Poroshenko.
“We will reveal the information about the financial pyramid scheme that was created in Ukraine and developed by everyone beginning with Yanukovich and later by Poroshenko. This system is still working under the guidance of the current managerial board of the National Bank, ensuring that money flows in the interest of people who stole millions of dollars, took it offshore and bought Ukrainian public bonds turning them into the Ukrainian sovereign debt,” said Dubinsky, adding that “in both cases of Yanukovich and Poroshenko, Ms. Gontareva and companies she controls were investing the stolen funds.”
Ukraine indicted the head of Burisma and revealed alleged money laundering to a US fund linked to Democrats, Obama and his nat. sec. advisor. The indictment says Hunter Biden received payment “with money raised through criminal means and money laundering.” https://t.co/leQVQWIRyB
